Advaidh is a qualified advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil & Puducherry. He graduated in B.A.,LL.B (Hons.) from the Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) and he has also successfully completed his Post Graduate Programme on Advanced Masters in International Dispute Resolution and Arbitration (cum laude) from Leiden University, Netherlands. Prior to joining ARK Law Associates, Advaidh was an Associate at Anirudh Krishnan Law Chambers, which specializes in the area of commercial dispute resolution and arbitrations and an Associate at Mohan Associates, which specializes in the area of Intellectual Property law.

Advaidh has extensive experience in the area of commercial dispute resolution with particular focus on International Disputes, Arbitrations, Intellectual Property disputes and Insolvency and Bankruptcy matters. He primarily practices before the Madras High Court while also regularly appears before the Delhi High Court, Bombay High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, TNERC etc. He also regularly publishes scholarly and newspaper articles and has contributed towards authoring of two chapters titled ‘Position of Secured Creditors under IBC, 2016 Regime’ and ‘Treatment of Avoidance Transactions under the Code’ in the book called ‘Commercial Dispute Resolution – State of Law in India’ with Anirudh Krishnan as it’s Chief Editor.
