Her areas of interest include civil and commercial litigation, Intellectual Property, Insolvency, and Arbitration. She has worked on matters involving the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), the SARFAESI Act, and real estate regulations, with a strong focus on legal drafting and procedural strategy. Kirtida has also been a guest speaker on legal drafting and has contributed to research in intellectual property law. She has published papers on pharmaceutical patent disputes and victim trauma in legal proceedings.
