M.V Kartik completed his B.A.,L.L.B (Hons.) from the Saveetha School of Law in Chennai and is enrolled before the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. Kartik has handled a wide array of matters before different legal forums, including the Madras High Court and the various Tribunals. He has also worked on cases relating to TNRERA, TNREAT, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, and DRAT, showcasing his versatility across various legal domains. Kartik is also currently handling a complex arbitration and is a core part of the arbitration team in ARK Law. Out of the various research papers authored by Kartik, his paper on “Child Adoption in India-issues and Challenges”, has been published in the International Journal of Pure and Applied Mathematics.
