Sahaana Srivatsan is the youngest of the partners at ARK LAW Associates. Having successfully earned a B.Com Degree from the PSG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore and LL.B (Hons) degree from School of Excellence in Law (SOEL), Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University, Sahaana’s passion for international arbitration led her to pursue an LL.M in International Arbitration and Business Laws from the prestigious Erasmus Law School in Rotterdam, Netherlands. She also holds a PG Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. Having enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, Sahaana passionately engages in various legal realms, including Arbitrations, Writs, Wills, Contracts, Property matters and Debt Recovery matters. Her extensive practice includes representation before the Madras High Court, City Civil Courts, CBI Court, as well as various tribunals such as the NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, TNRERA, and TNREAT. Her practice also encompasses transactions and registrations.
