In Corporate and Financial Law and Policy from O.P. Jindal Global Law School and a BBA LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School. With a robust academic background and substantial practical experience, Saketh has worked across various domains of Indian law, including high-stakes litigation, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property. Previously, Saketh worked as an associate with SRS & Associates, where he gained experience handling complex Writ Petitions before the Madras High Court, matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
