T.S.Rajeev Gandhi is enrolled as an advocate before the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry and his core area of practice has been banking disputes before the DRT’s and DRAT in Chennai and Tamil Nadu. He has appeared in several large and complex litigations on behalf of both borrowers as well as financial institutions and is a key member of the ARK LAW DRT / DRAT litigation team.
